Please print out or write down these step by step instructions for filling out the listing agreement and then click download the form.
1. Fill in today’s date on the top of the Listing agreement. 2. Fill in the property address to be sold on lines 1 & 2 3. Fill in the names of all owners of record and spouses of property being sold on line 3. 4. Fill in the expiration date on line 6 (minimum 30 days from today’s date, 90 days recommended) you must go on line and file an extension and we must have an original signed extension prior to expiration of your listing term or your listing will be terminated. 5. Fill in the listing price on line 7. Be realistic, ask what you expect to get, you may turn down all other offers. 6. Leave line 8 blank unless you would like to offer other terms on the sale of your home. 7. If you home was constructed in 1978 or later, check line 65, if your home was built prior to 1978 check line 68 , 73, and line 80 if you have no knowledge, reports or records of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards in the house. 8. Lines 82 to 126 do not require any response unless you so desire, lines 118 and 119, you may list the reason you are selling but it is not required. 9. Line 127, please insert a legal description if you know it and or a tax I.D. # of the property if you know it and or the address of the property being sold. 10. Line 128 all owners and spouses must sign original signatures in blue ink after the document has been printed out and include their Social security numbers and address. 11.
